The lockbox
with a memory.
Brokers open it with their own key in the UnitBook app. Codes for anyone else carry a name and an end time. Every open lands in the activity log.
Dana Reyes opened LB-0412 · 88 Vine St, Unit 3
Marcus Kim opened LB-0412
LB-0412 moved to 14 Elm St · old keys stopped working
01A key per person
Each broker opens with their own key, not one shared code on a hotsheet.
02Every open, logged
Which box, which key, and when. Ready when an owner asks.
03Move the box, end the access
Place it on a new unit and every broker's old key stops working.
