How UnitBook works, in five steps

   Import

   You connect a property manager's Google Sheet. UnitBook reads it and turns each row into a listing.

2. 02

   Review

   New and changed listings wait for you to check them. Nothing goes live on its own.

   Edit

   You fix anything the sheet got wrong and add photos. Your changes stay put.

If you run a management company

The steps above are the brokerage path. Your units are your own, so yours is shorter: build your listings, put a lockbox on the door, and pick who sees them.

• Your lockboxes, or key checkout for units without one
• Share your inventory with a brokerage, or list your firm on Connect to find one
