Photos and video

Photos are the difference between a row in a list and a unit somebody actually shows. You add them on the Photos tab of a listing.

Open a listing, go to Photos, and click the + tile. You can pick several files at once.

What works Size limit
Photos Any normal image 15 MB each
Video MP4, WebM and QuickTime (.mov) 250 MB each

Anything else is turned down with a message telling you why. Big photos from a phone are shrunk automatically, so they usually go through fine. A photo can take a moment to sharpen up after it lands.

The first photo is the one brokers see first, both in the list and at the top of the unit’s page. The rest follow in the order you put them in, and brokers see the first eight.

To change the order, use the UnitBook app on your phone: hold a photo and drag it. You can’t reorder on a computer, so if the wrong photo is leading, either fix it on your phone or delete and re-upload in the order you want.

If a management company has given your firm access to its units, you can’t edit those listings, but you can still add your own photos.

Those photos are private to your firm. The management company doesn’t see them, and neither do any other brokerages. They’re for your own brokers.

You can delete photos your firm added. You can’t delete anyone else’s.

The trash button on a photo removes it. Deletions are recorded on the listing’s Activity tab, so a photo disappearing is never a mystery.
