Set up your workspace
Setup is one screen and takes about a minute.
Create the workspace
Section titled “Create the workspace”-
Create your account at app.unitbook.app with an email and password, or with your Google account.

Choose what you’re setting up. A brokerage, or a management company. See the table below if you’re not sure.

Name your company. Use the name your team says out loud. Teammates and partner companies will see it.

Invite your team. Optional, and you can do it later. Type an email, press Enter, and pick a role.

Create workspace.

One account, one company
Section titled “One account, one company”Your UnitBook login belongs to one company. If you genuinely run two, use a different email address for each.
Inviting people
Section titled “Inviting people”Roles and seats covers this properly. Two things while you’re on this screen:
- The role starts at the most limited one, so raise it on purpose, person by person.
- You can’t invite another owner. Whoever creates the workspace owns it.
Invites go out by email. If one doesn’t send, UnitBook tells you, and you can try again from Team.
