Your Storefront

Introducing StorefrontVideo · 1:19

Your Storefront is one page with every home your firm can show right now, in your logo and color. Renters search it, filter it, open any home for the photos and details, and book a showing. It lives at unitbook.app/your-handle.

This page is for brokerages. Management companies get a handle for their links, but no Storefront.

Owners and admins do this once, from Settings, then Brand.

  1. Under Storefront, check the handle after unitbook.app/. UnitBook suggests one from your firm’s name. Change it if you like, then press Save.

  2. Turn on the switch beside Storefront.

The page goes live straight away, and Copy link appears next to the handle. Whoever turns it on becomes the page’s contact: showings booked from the firm’s link go on their calendar.

A handle is 3 to 30 letters or numbers, with single hyphens between words, and no other firm can have the same one.

They see They never see
Every home you’ve published, yours and your partners’ Notes, lockboxes or keypad codes
Your logo and color across the top The owner or management company
A search box, and Filters for bedrooms, rent, move-in date and must-haves Anyone’s phone number or email
Book a showing and Details on each home Homes held by a deal

The list keeps itself current. A home you publish shows up, and a home that rents drops off, without you touching the page.

Book a showing only appears when the person behind the link has open times. Brokers set theirs in Settings, then Showings, under Your hours.

Every broker gets their own copy of the Storefront, like unitbook.app/your-handle/maria. It shows the same homes, but showings booked from it go on that broker’s calendar instead of the contact’s.

If a broker leaves the firm, their link keeps working. Bookings from it go to the page’s contact instead.

Below the switch, UnitBook counts views over the last 7 and 30 days, with a row for the firm’s link and one for each broker’s. Visits from your own team don’t count.

Turn the switch off and nobody can open the page, including through your brokers’ links. Your handle stays yours, and switching back on brings every link back as it was.
