Invite brokers to your team
If you lead a team, you can add brokers to it yourself, from your phone. Anyone you invite joins your team the moment they accept.
Send an invite
Section titled “Send an invite”-
In the app, open Settings, then Your team.

Tap Invite a broker and type their email.

Tap Send invite.
The invite shows under Invites as Pending until they join. It only works for the address you typed, and it runs out after 14 days.
You can only invite brokers. Listing managers and admins are added by your company’s owner.
What the broker does
Section titled “What the broker does”They get an email from UnitBook with two steps:

Install UnitBook from the App Store or Google Play.

Tap Open my invitation. The app opens on Join Rivera Group Realty, named for your company, with their email filled in.
They tap Sign in with Google, or Sign in and join if they already have a UnitBook password. The app opens on Listings with a short tour.
Back in Your team, they now show under Brokers. From then on you can message each other: tap their name, then Message.
If nobody accepts
Section titled “If nobody accepts”Tap the invite in Your team.

| Resend invite | Sends a fresh email. Use it when the invite says Expired or Email failed |
| Revoke invite | Takes the invite back. The link stops working right away |
If the email address was wrong, take the invite back and send a new one.
Don’t see Your team?
Section titled “Don’t see Your team?”The Your team row only shows for team leads. Ask your company’s owner to make you one. Team leads covers how they do it.
